 REGISTRATION FEES (excl. VAT):

CEDA/WEDA/EADA Member Fee  1050 EUR
 Non-Member Fee  1400 EUR
 Students One Day Fee  50 EUR*
 PHD Students - Member Fee  735 EUR*
 Accompanying Person Fee  145 EUR

Please note that the fees mentioned above are VAT excluded.  

* Students and PHD Student fees are to be confirmed upon receipt of the Student ID card.

All fees are payable in Euros (€). It is mandatory to charge the Belgium Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 21% on all fees unless the company is VAT identified in Belgium. Please provide the VAT certificate upon your registration (to be sent to wodcon@congrex.com) in order to issue an appropriate invoice.

 

Full Congress Delegate and PhD student fee includes:

Attendance at all sessions, full set of Congress documents, coffee/tea during scheduled breaks, lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, entrance to the Exhibition, Ice Breaker Cocktail, Civic Reception and Gala Dinner.

PhD student registration is only accepted on receipt of letter of endorsement from University testifying the full time PhD student status.

The student one day registration fee includes:

Attendance at all sessions on the day of the registration, coffee/tea during scheduled breaks and lunch on the day of registration, entrance to Exhibition.

None of the social programme activities are included.

Student registration is only accepted on receipt of letter of endorsement from University and a copy of a student card.

Accompanying person fee includes:

The accompanying person registration fee includes: entrance to the Exhibition, Ice Breaker Cocktail, Civic reception and Gala Dinner.

Partner's programme activities are not included and will incur an additional charge.
