*All individual members and employees of corporate members of CEDA are eligible for registration at the member's rate.
**Student registration is only accepted on receipt of letter of endorsement and a copy of the student card. Students registering at the special student rate are expected to assist the conference organisers with on-site registrations during the conference and with other tasks that will not prevent them attending the technical sessions and social functions.

Payment

 Note: you will receive a confirmation of your registration by e-mail. In addition you will receive an invoice by post, stating total cost and an invoice number. When making the payment, please mention the invoice number. Please note that the payee must pay all bank charges.

 Note: Please print the creditcard form and fax the completed form to the number mentioned on the creditcard form. On receipt of the completed creditcard form AND the payment you will receive a receipt, stating the total cost and the amount paid.

Cancellation of participation

Only written cancellation of participation is accepted. When the cancellation is made before 18 September 2009, the registration fee will be refunded, diminished with an administration fee of € 50,-- excluding VAT. After this date, no refunds will be made. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Liability and insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that when registering for the conference and booking travel arrangements, intending participants should arrange personal insurance cover for the following:
  • loss of registration and tour fees, deposits, hotel costs and air fares, through cancellation of the congress for Force Majeure or any other reason
  • failure to utilise pre-booked arrangements due to airline delays for Force Majeure or any other reason
  • medical expenses and loss or damage to personal property
Neither Ahoy Rotterdam nor CEDA nor Minten Projectmanagement will accept responsibility for any personal injury, damage or loss of property, which may occur in connection with the conference. The insurance is to be purchased in the participant's own country.
