It is mandatory to charge the Belgium Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 21% on all fees unless the company is VAT identified in Belgium. Please provide the VAT certificate upon your registration (to be sent to wodcon@congrex.com) in order to issue an appropriate invoice.

 

Cancellation Policy

Pre-registered participants who are unable to attend the Congress will have their fees refunded less €80 service fee provided written notice of nonattendance (by letter, fax or e-mail) is received by WODCON Organisation Office on or before 19 April 2013. No refunds will be made after 19 April, but paid-no shows will receive all materials covered by their registration fee. Substitutions will be accepted
at any time, preferably with advance notice.
