Academic/Scientific Sessions (paper + oral presentation)

27-29 May 2024, WTC Rotterdam, Rotterdam, the Netherlands

The Technical Papers Committee will assess the abstracts and invite successful authors to write a full paper. All draft manuscripts will undergo a peer-review for quality, correctness, originality and relevance. The Committee will select the best papers for presentation in the academic/scientific section of the programme. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings (available on the website after the conference).

PAPERS

Final papers should be 4,000-6,000 words in length. They must be original and should not have been published, or offered for publication, elsewhere.

PRESENTATIONS

Presentations will be 20 minutes long, including 2 minutes for a brief discussion.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS

Abstracts (maximum 300 words) should be submitted via this link by Friday 29 September 2023.
