Young CEDA Pitch Talks (oral presentation Pecha Kucha style)

27-29 May 2024, WTC Rotterdam, Rotterdam, the Netherlands

In the Young CEDA Pitch Talks session students and young professionals (under 35 years of age) present ongoing work, expose their ideas to a broad audience and get immediate feedback and inspiration. 

The Technical Papers Committee has assessed the abstracts. Successful authors have been invited to submit their presentation materials (PowerPoint presentation), which will undergo a peer-review for quality, correctness and originality. No need to write an extended abstract or full paper after acceptance! All authors of accepted abstracts in this category will be offered the possibility to follow a training to increase presentation skills free of charge. After all, there is an Award to win! PRESENTATIONS

Contributions in this category will be presented in Pecha Kucha style; 20 slides for 20 seconds of commentary each.

AWARD

The best presentation by an author under 35 years of age, will win the International Association of Dredging Companies’ Young Authors Award. The winner will receive this award during the event.
